The townhouse
{{zoomimage|townhouse-3|House and garden|right}}Your holiday home sits in a small modern development of townhouses and apartments surrounding a private swimming pool and garden area. The house fronts onto a pedestrian walkway, beyond which is the garden/pool area. You get the best of all worlds – the communal facilities are nearby, the house is not on a main road, but the nearest road, with plenty of parking available, is only some 50 metres away. The house also has a designated space in the communal underground car-park should you require it.
The house is fully air-conditioned, with separate systems for the ground floor and first floor. These act as air-conditioning in the summer or heating in the winter.
First floor
{{zoomimage|townhouse-4|Double bedroom|left}}The property has two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds). The front bedroom has access onto a balcony, which we have had enclosed to provide a secluded and sheltered spot to sit. It could also be used for an additional bed if required. All bedding and towels for use in the property are provided. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and bedside lights. We also provide a hairdryer. The two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
Ground floor
{{zoomimage|townhouse-5|Living area|right}}Downstairs at the front of the house is the large living room / dining room. This gives ample room to relax on the sofas, watch television or DVDs (bring your favourites with you) on the 32 inch widescreen TV with UK channels via satellite. We also provide a table and chairs for those occasions where you want to eat inside.
At the back of the house is the fully fitted kitchen. This includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and washing machine, as well as plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cooking utensils. Behind the kitchen is an enclosed area that we have covered in to provide a secure utility area and an ideal place to dry towels or washing. We also provide an iron and ironing board.
Outside
{{zoomimage|townhouse-2|The balcony area in front of the house|left}}The outdoor spaces around the house are one of the joys of the property. We have had the front garden fully tiled, extended the balcony area in front of the house and had a balustrade erected around the boundary walls. This means there is lots of space to sit out in front of the house but still enjoy a reasonable degree of privacy. You can eat, drink, sunbathe or just relax here to your heart's content. The raised area immediately in front of the house is a particularly nice spot to eat al fresco using the outside table and chairs.
If you want total privacy, or to soak up the sun's rays from morning till night, then we have a large roof terrace at second floor level. From here you can enjoy the views over the pool and garden to the front, to Torrevieja to the side and down to the Mediterranean at the back. Eat and drink up here in total seclusion, or just snooze on one or our sunbeds.

Just in front of the property is the communal pool/garden area, where you can spend the day relaxing and going for a dip on those days when you don't want to venture any further afield.
